It was my first restaurant visit in St Petersburg, yet I seemed authentic to me. The atmosphere in Literary Cafe was nice. The food was quite decent, if you didn’t expect too much. However it took a long time before our dishes were ready. The only real problem was the very loud live singing. The lady had a good voice, but it was too loud and were interrupting our talk.

The place in general is fine, but very formal. The food is good, the prices are good, the music is very loud.
